For my illustration class, I decided to draw a scene resembling the Philly Pride Parade on Pine Street in the Gayborhood. When I first moved to Philly and attended my first pride festival, I saw a lot of people hanging out of windows, throwing confetti, waving flags, and hollering. I wanted to recreate that feeling through a local mural to resonate with the community.
